Concurrently, we welcome premium bespoke orders for luxury villas, high-end apartments, and architectural renovations, delivering factory-direct, elite-level custom solutions.

Do you support OEM and ODM services? Can we apply our own brand identity?

Absolutely. “Full-category micro-customization” represents the operational core of DEEZON. We fully support OEM and ODM collaboration. Based on your market frameworks, we can utilize precise laser-printing to display your brand logo, unique QR codes, product barcodes, or specific batch serial numbers on our aluminum profiles, hardware components, protective films, or master shipping crates.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For bulk B2B container shipments, we establish flexible MOQ benchmarks aligned with production efficiency. For high-end private villas, customized commercial engineering, or initial quality-testing sample requests, we accept low-MOQ or single-project tailored orders. How does DEEZON guarantee that windows and doors survive damage during long-distance maritime transport?

DEEZON implements a heavy-duty, multi-layer industrial standard: an initial thick protective film covers profile surfaces, then high-density foam buffers protect all structural corners, and finally, the items are tightly crated into fully enclosed, robust plywood crates (certified fumigation-free). What are your standard international commercial shipping and payment terms?

We run standard international shipments under FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or CIF/CFR (designated destination port) terms. Our payment structure requires a T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit to trigger mass production line queuing, with the remaining balance settled upon manufacturing completion and prior to container loading.

Do you provide local installation crews in overseas markets?

Standard product pricing includes manufacturing and global supply only; it does not automatically bundle local on-site laborers for window assembly or installation. Local general contractors or structural installers are responsible for the on-site physical execution.

If we encounter complex technical hurdles, can you dispatch engineers to our overseas site?

We supply an absolute remote engineering framework. For every validated order, our design department provides accurate structural cross-sectional blueprints, exact masonry opening sizes, and exhaustive step-by-step digital installation manuals or video tutorials. Furthermore, our senior technical team is available for real-time online video consultations to walk your local technical team through challenging corner joints or heavy architectural hardware calibrations.

What is your after-sales service and warranty policy for international shipments?

DEEZON provides comprehensive global after-sales coverage. We back our manufacturing with a structural warranty on our multi-cavity aluminum profiles and branded hardware under standard usage conditions. To ensure seamless maintenance abroad, we proactively load an extra calculated ratio of operational spare parts (such as rollers, sealing strips, friction stays, and premium hardware accessories) free of charge directly into your shipping container to cover rapid on-site wear-and-tear replacements.
